Technology Consultant
Sundial's Technology Consultants are responsible for the design, deployment and integration of various network elements in lab and production customer environments. He/She participates in implementation planning of complex roll-out of IP networks. Technology Consultants partner with customers to assist on complex network design, technical feasibility and business case development. Additional responsibilities include acting as the technical interface between Sundial and Customers as well as service partners.
 
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
- 3-5 years of experience with business technology consulting or consultative sales.
- Strong knowledge of IP and VoIP networks and technologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Unix.
- 5+ years experience with network design, complex call-flows and protocols such as SIP and H.323.
- Minimum 3 years experience with system integration, network planning and implementations.
- 3+ years experience in a customer facing role acting in a technical capacity.
- Hands-on experience with NextPoint Networks (formerly NexTone) solutions desired.
- Ability to travel.
VoIP Engineer
Sundial's VoIP Engineers are responsible for delivering deployment and integration services including physical installation, configuration and commissioning of network elements and appliances such as Media Gateways, Session Border Controllers and Application Servers in production environments, either remotely or at customer premises. He/She is responsible for managing the installation process from engagement to client sign-off. VoIP Engineers ensure that Installation projects are executed with sharp attention to detail and within the defined and documented scope. He/She is responsible for all reporting activity associated with each project.
 
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
- 2-3 years of experience on carrier/service provider IP networks.
- CCNA or CCVP certification a significant plus.
- Strong knowledge of IP and VoIP networks and technologies.
- 2-3 years experience with experience with lab and production environment solution testing, including call-flows   and protocols such as SIP and H.323.
- 3-5 years experience in a customer facing role acting in a technical capacity such as Technical Support or NOC services. 
- Hands-on experience with NextPoint Networks (formerly NexTone), Sonus,   Broadsoft, F5 Networks solutions desired.
- Ability to travel.
